As a young boy, Raja (Joy Mukherjee) witnesses his parents' suicide when his father loses his boss's money in a rigged gambling game. He is brought up by Madanlal (Madan Puri), a man who had witnessed the cheating. Raja grows up with a single-minded purpose of avenging his parents' death and becomes an expert gambler. He also marries Renu (Poonam Sinha), daughter of a rich industrialist, and takes over her father's business. Raja then opens up a gambling den hoping to lure the unknown gambler who drove his parents to death.
