Dusari Goshta is a 2014 Marathi biopic film starring Vikram Gokhale, Prateeksha Lonkar, Renuka Shahane, Sandeep Mehta, Neha Pendse and others. It is based on former Home minister Sushilkumar Shinde's life and tracks his life from a wayward child to a responsible adult. After his father's death a boy from lower caste resorts to petty thefts. But he soon realizes that its wrong and begins educating himself. Through dedication and hardwork he starts climbing the social and then the political ladder.
