Due to the loss of various agents in several countries, the C.B.I Chief Mohanlal is entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding the details of India's secret agents. Gangsters from several parts of India try to hatch the documents but fail. Later, Mohanlal's daughter Shalini gets accosted by hoodlums but a young man named Raja rescues her and escorts her home. Soon Raja becomes a frequent visitor to Shalini's residence and the duo falls in love. However, the tables turn when Shalini learns that Raja is a burglar and is recruited by a deadly don to steal the list of secret agents.
