Gautam Chandra, a wealthy businessman is madly in love with Mayarani Sonachand and wants to marry her. One day, Gautam visits Maya as a surprise but instead is dumbfounded to see her with someone else. As Gautam rushes back home in a frenzy, he accidentally runs his car over a child which leads to an arrest and a series of events that throw his life out of order.
