Happy New Year is a 2017 Kannada anthology drama film starring Saikumar, Vijaya Raghavendra, Diganth, Dhananjay and Shruthi Hariharan. Five people are each dealing with different shades of life. The IT guy thinks that new year's eve is just another day, manager of the car showroom is unhappy with his orthodox wife, the gangster has just been released from the prison, the constable hates his job, and the RJ’s girlfriend is bedridden with a terminal disease. What will the new year bring for them?
