A wealthy mill owner Durgadas Prasad banishes his son from his life when he marries a girl from a poor family. Post marriage, the son dies, leaving behind an ailing wife and a son. Years later, the boy grows up to be Billoo, who runs an eatery bequeathed to him by his foster parents. Meanwhile, Durgadas repents his mistake and sets out to find his grandson Billoo with the help of his secretary Gayatri, who is already in love with Billoo.
