Peechaankai is a 2017 comedy film starring RS Karthiik, Anjali Rao, MS Bhaskar and KG Venkatesh. An expert pickpocket, Smuthu, meets with an accident. This accident leads to him suffering from a strange disease called Alien Hand Syndrome. Because of this disease, his left hand is not under his control. The syndrome brings up several changes in Smuthu's life. The diseased hand has a strong moral compass and this transforms Smuthu.
