Ravi Verma, an honest CBI officer, is a lookalike of an international gangster named Kali. He uses it to his benefit when Kali gets shot and is hospitalised. Ravi disguises himself as Kali and infiltrates his gang to bring his empire down. But the situation slips out of his hand when Kali regains his consciousness and makes a strong comeback.
