'Tarini Tara Ma' is the story of the powers of Goddess kali. Yasodha a devotee of Goddess kali gets married to Radhakanta, a torturous and evil landlord. Radhakanta had banned any kind of worship in his kingdom. Anyone who worshipped was punished. The accountant of Radhakanta was a religious man who made secret arrangements for Yasodha's worship. By the grace of the goddess Yasodha gets pregnant after five years of marriage. But Radhakanta isn't ready to accept the child. He suspects that the accountant made her pregnant and kills him. But after the murder the goddess appears before him and shatters his pride and misconception. Radhakanta is a changed man. After 15 years he's attacked by the boy whom he had tortured. He's fatally injured but Yasodha helps him get back his life with the power of her prayers. She sacrifices her life for him. Radhakanta renounces his family life and becomes an ascetic who guides people to the path of devotion.
