A poor factory foreman, Ravi Rajput rushes his son Gaurav to the hospital post a fatal accident. Gaurav is in dire need of a heart transplant, but the hospital refuses to admit him without a hefty deposit which Ravi is unable to arrange for. In a desperate attempt to save his son, Ravi holds the hospital staff hostage and demands that his son be treated first. But the hospital only has one heart in the bank and an influential politician admitted in the same hospital is in need of it. The pressure builds as the authorities struggle to save two lives while police try to control the situation in the midst of a media circus.
