Filthy rich Kalloo is head over heels in love with a village belle Laxmi, who bats her eye at him but would prefer for him to make the first move. Kalloo contemplates writing her a love letter, but he can't read or write, as opposed to Laxmi. His shrewd grandmother then suggests him to hire someone to do the job for him since money does most of the work. But can love be so easily outsourced?
